Two good events to run for…They are for a cause.. Very busy next week so and tied up with any events but will try to make it to one of them..Dudes common..run for fitness and charity…
The dude again had a good session in gym today and trying to build endurance.. Concentrating on cardio as well as weights this week with intense workouts..Want to run in a marathon to test my stamina..
