Facebook Closure

Today I again closed my Facebook page although my old one is still active since the common Facebook page Nishworld is linked to this website. I have observed Facebook is very addictive although I was not active on it lately. During my spiritual sabbatical, I had tried to live with as less attachments as possible. I only accessed Facebook at that point in time and realized that I was getting addicted to it. Human mind is always craving…craving…craving…Thats why you have to be very mindful. Uses of engagement on Facebook are also funny. For some it might be personal while for some its very casual. Hopefully this time I am out of Facebook for a long time except positing videos or articles on the common Facebook page. LinkedIn is a good way to keep in touch. Surprisingly it causes less craving…

Helps to be more mindful…
