Brown Rice and Sweet Potato: Good Carbs and Fitness

One of the best foods for carbohydrates is Brown Rice and Sweet Potato. Both are high on nutrients and brown rice stores less fat than white rice. It helps to eat a bit of carb before you hit the gym, so not a bad idea to eat sweet potato before heading for strength training preferably 30 to 45 min before the exercises. Brown Rice is gluten-free and good as part of your daily carbs intake. Best time to eat Brown Rice is lunch but hey do your own thing. Eating healthy is the best way to keeping fit while right amount and quality of carbs intake is key to everlasting fitness. Recently I started eating Brown Rice as part of my daily stable diet to avoid wheat. Wheat has gluten and intake of gluten is not healthy. So why is gluten bad for your body and fitness ?
