Value Drivers

 

The purpose of the module is to share an overview of drivers of valuation. The module includes an introduction to the present value of investment to facilitate better concepts involved in discounting cash flows. The module introduces three prolonged analyses for valuing equity firms. This is an excellent online course for working professionals and students who want to get an introduction to basic concepts in equity valuation. They go to an intermediate level within a short period. There are in-house examples, worksheet problems to understand the concepts discussed. Further, there are references to reports to build better expertise on equity valuation.

This is a short module on Introduction to Valuation. The online course is geared toward equity valuation, introducing concepts of value drivers' Return on Invested Capital. This course shares an overview of types of valuation models, financial statements, capital, and risk structure. A brief understanding of fixed income, i.e., bonds, is included to facilitate valuing companies with debt.
