This section will highlight my personal experiences. We start with mindfulness and I will experiment the effect of outward distractions on myself.

We start the journey with Facebook. I cut down use of social media immensely and would like to document here my experience. I plan not to use Facebook for a week and see within how it affects me.

I used to dislike running as part of my training at gym. However, off the late running both on treadmill and outdoors is a pleasurable experience. I have restarted workouts at gym after my injury, regularly practicing meditation and yoga although meditation is still limited to less than 30 minutes. Lets find an equitable mantra…
